Description

Developed in collaboration with legendary UK guitar designer Alan Entwistle, the new generation Rapier 33 faithfully recreates one of Britain's most iconic electric guitars. Retaining the unmistakable styling of the original 1960s model, it combines vintage character with modern construction, upgraded hardware, and vastly improved playability.

An Okoume body is paired with a Canadian hard rock maple neck featuring a comfortable soft 'C' profile, a 12" radius rosewood fingerboard, and 23 medium jumbo frets including a zero fret. Modern appointments such as a Graph Tech® NuBone® nut, Wilkinson® E-Z-Lok tuners, and a high-spec roller bridge provide excellent tuning stability, accurate intonation, and smooth vibrato performance.

Loaded with Alan Entwistle EWR64 twin blade twin coil pickups, the Rapier 33 delivers the unmistakable 1960s British jangle while offering exceptional versatility. The revised switching system provides seven pickup combinations, complemented by bass cut and treble boost functions, along with the Entwistle SmoothTrak tone circuit for warm, progressive tonal control.

Available in a range of classic finishes, the Rapier 33 captures the spirit of the original while delivering the reliability and performance expected from a modern professional instrument. Guitar is in excellent condition overall apart from the Rapier 33 logo has started to where away on the pick guard.
