All pre-owned items come with a 30-day warranty covering functional defects. Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dings, or signs of use are not covered under warranty. By purchasing pre-owned items, you acknowledge that minor cosmetic imperfections are expected and do not constitute grounds for a warranty claim.

4. Age Restrictions

There are no legal restrictions on selling musical instruments, amps, or effects to persons under 18 in the UK. However, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising purchases made by minors.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Services, including graphics, text, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and must obtain our permission for any other use.
