Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

UK Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. Smaller items (e.g., strings, pedals, accessories) are sent via Royal Mail or Evri. Larger items (e.g., guitars, amplifiers) are shipped securely with Parcelforce. All deliveries are tracked, and guitars are covered by basic courier insurance.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard delivery is available for all orders.

• Small items: 2–4 working days
• Large items (guitars/amps): 2–5 working days

Packaging & Handling

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. Guitars are shipped in secure boxes with protective padding.

Returns

• You have the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.
• If you change your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, Music Vault will cover the cost of return shipping.
• Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised items, hazardous materials, and sale items.
