Click & collect

Prefer to collect your gear in person? Our click & collect service makes it easy to shop online and pick up at a time that suits you.

Just select click & collect at checkout and we’ll get your order ready, usually within a few hours. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s good to go, with all the info you need.

When you come to collect, please bring your order confirmation and the card you paid with (or a form of ID). We’ll have everything ready and waiting .

Orders will be held for seven days. If you need a bit longer or want to arrange a specific time, just drop us a message, we’re always happy to help.

  • Place your order

    Add items to your basket as usual. During checkout make sure you select pickup option as the shipping method.

  • Order Confirmation

    You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a unique order number. Keep this as you will need to bring it with you when collecting your order.

  • Collect!

    You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect. Orders placed on a Sunday will be ready the next working day.

When can I collect my order?

Most orders are ready to collect within 1 hour. You will received a notification via email or SMS when your order it ready. If you ordered on a day when we are closed then you order will be ready the next working day.

How long will you hold my order for?

Providing your order is paid for we will keep your order for 7 days from date of purchase. If you fail to collect your item we reserve the right to put the item back on sale.

Do I need to bring anything when collecting my order?

You will need to show a member of staff the order confirmation email or SMS you received when you placed the order. We may also ask for the card that was used to pay for the order.
