Stock & Products

How can I tell if an item is in stock?

Our stock levels update in real time. If it says “In stock,” we have the instrument ready to go.

Are your guitars on display in the store?

Yes — most of our instruments are on display at our Telford shop, so you’re welcome to try before you buy.

How do you rate the condition of pre-owned guitars?

Every pre-owned item is given a condition grade (Mint, Very Good, Good, etc.), which appears automatically under the description on the product page. Any notable damage, missing parts, or accessories will always be mentioned in the description.

Do you carry ex-demo or B-stock items?

Yes — sometimes we stock items that may have been on display, used for demo, or have minor cosmetic marks. These are discounted accordingly and clearly described.

Payments & Pricing

Can I pay by card or bank transfer?

Yes — we accept most major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Bank transfer is also available; if you choose this, we’ll hold the item until funds clear.

Do you offer finance options?

Not at the moment, but we are working towards offering finance in the future.

Do you offer price matching?

Not officially, but if you see the same item in stock elsewhere, send us the details. We’ll always try to be competitive where possible.

How do I know my order went through?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll also send tracking information or collection details when your order is ready.

Delivery & Collection

Do you ship internationally?

No — due to costs and complications, we only ship within the UK.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes — select “Pickup” at checkout. You’ll get an email once your order is ready. Full details are on our Click & Collect page

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange collection and, once returned, process a full refund.

Warranty & Returns

Do you offer a warranty on pre-owned items?

Yes — all pre-owned items come with a 3-month warranty.

What if I change my mind?

For online orders, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know. We’ll arrange collection, but return postage costs aren’t covered, and a small restocking fee applies.

I want to return an in-store purchase.

In-store purchases can only be returned if faulty. If you change your mind, we can offer an exchange but not a refund.

Selling & Trade-Ins

Do you buy guitars or music equipment?

Yes — we’re always looking for quality instruments and gear. Visit our Sell It / Trade It page for more details.

Do you accept part exchange?

Yes — part exchange is welcome. Check our Sell It / Trade It page for how it works.

How do you value my instrument?

We use various online marketplaces, our own sales records, market demand, and the condition of the instrument (including modifications or damage) when valuing your item. We may decline items that don’t meet certain criteria.

Do you offer commission sales?

No — we only buy or trade outright and do not currently offer commission sales.

Visiting Us

Do you have your own parking?

No — our shop is located on Wellington high street, which is in a pedestrianised area. However, there are plenty of free car parks within a 5-minute walk.
