The Marshall GV-2 Guv'nor Plus updates the legendary 1980s Guv'nor distortion pedal, bringing classic Marshall amp-in-a-box tone with enhanced versatility. Housed in a heavy-duty metal enclosure, it delivers a wide gain structure ranging from subtle vintage valve-style breakup through to crunchy JCM800 distortion and high-gain sustain. In addition to its 3-band EQ, the GV-2 features an active Deep control that adds a resonant low-end boost, emulating the thump and feel of a full 4x12 speaker cabinet. Dual-concentric pots allow full tonal control while keeping the pedal compact and pedalboard-friendly.
