The 1980 Aria Pro II TS-500 is a Japanese-made set-neck electric guitar built by Matsumoku. It features a laminated ash/walnut/maple body and a three-piece maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with dual Extra III (Protomatic III) humbuckers, the TS-500 offers a wide array of tonal options through its Tri-Sound electronics: independent coil-tap switches, a phase switch, a 6-position rotary tone selector, and an active booster.
