The NUX Optima Air is a dual-switch acoustic guitar simulator and preamp designed for both acoustic and electric players. It provides optimized acoustic guitar profiles tailored to your guitar and pickup type, giving a natural, authentic tone.
Equipped with an IR loader and preamp, the Optima Air offers a 3-band EQ, Gain control, and a one-knob Reverb effect. Its SEND/RETURN loop allows you to integrate other pedals easily into your signal chain.
A unique profile capture function lets you create your own acoustic guitar IR file by capturing the sound of your favorite acoustic instrument. This feature makes it highly versatile for players seeking a personalized tone.
For connectivity, the Optima Air includes an XLR DI output for direct mixing, a headphone output for silent practice, and an auxiliary input for playing along with backing tracks.
