Best of all, there’s no need for programming or keyboard input like a Vocoder — simply sing, and the VE-20 does the rest.

Phrase Loop

Perform live looping with the onboard Phrase Looper, inherited from BOSS’s popular RE-20XL Loop Station. With up to 38 seconds of mono record time, you can sing, record, overdub, and layer in real time on stage. From doo-wop to human beatboxing, the Phrase Looper adds a dynamic performance element that captivates audiences.

Special FX

In addition to harmony and pitch correction, the VE-20 delivers a wide range of expressive special effects, including Electric (as heard in artists like Cher and the Black-Eyed Peas), Robot, Strobe, Distortion, Chorus, and Reverb.
